Startups

The 3 phases of a Startup

Very similar to real gardening the lifecycle of a startup consists of 3 phases:

The Planters seed their ideas into the hopefully fertile soil of their targeted markets.

The Growers carefully raise the first plant called prototype or minimal viable product [MVP].

The Harvesters finally try to pick the fruits of their hard work from the young tree, they planted some time ago.

During these 3 phases the teams are facing several tasks and challenges, as well as risks to fail from missing experience.

Well-suited to these 3 phases Krause3PM supports startups to accomplish their tasks and to minimize the risks. For this we refer to meanwhile 10 years work in the startup scene of Berlin and beyond.
