The „Investitionsbank Berlin“ and its affiliate “IBB-Business Team GmbH” offer different business incentive programs for Berlin resident companies and startups. One of these programs is the so-called “Coaching Bonus”.
What is promoted and how?
Whenever you want to commercialize your new ideas you might like to benefit from project-related governmental subsidies for coachings.
The IBB helds a pool of external coaches, sorted by coaching-topics and branches. You may select the coach suited for your project from this pool or refer to the IBB-Coaching Bonus Team for recommendation.
With this external competence and expertise, you may bridge existing knowhow gaps and gain pragmatic support for your project implementation. This incentive program may be applied both to the idea- and founding-phase as well to later growth or restructuring phases.

Since December 2017 Krause3PM is part of this program now and Klaus Krause is listed coach of the IBB Coaching-Pool in the coaching areas:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Corporate strategies
- Cooperation as well as
- Digitalization
And in the branches:
- Information and communication technology
- Optics / lasers / measurement technology
- Electrical engineering
- Production technology and mechanical engineering
- Energy technology
